Welcome to Bridge Cottage, sleeps 2, luxury self-catering holiday cottage accommodation situated in the tranquil village of Thwaite in Swaledale. Watched over by 'Kisdon Hill' and at the foot of the famous Buttertubs Pass, surrounded by gorgeous scenery, the famous Swaledale Sheep, Drystone Walls and Barns, Wild-flower Meadows and Wonderful Waterfalls in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Warm and cosy lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD player. Reading light and books galore a Morso Woodburner (newly fitted), with first basket logs provided. Oil central heating throughout. Fitted kitchen with electric cooker, ceramic hob, Kettle, toaster, cafetiere, microwave, fridge/freezer, Washing machine, dishwasher and complimentary cleaning products.
The cottage benefits from private off-road parking and has an outdoor seating area. WiFi is available and bed linen, towels and teatowels are all included. Accommodation is cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival.
There is 1 double bedroom with king-size bed with reading Lights. The bathroom has a double ended bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin.

There are places to eat out locally, with traditional Yorkshire country pubs and teashops, and the Kearton Hotel in Thwaite. The lovely Reeth is just 10 miles down dale, and Hawes in Wensleydale is only 6 miles over the moor, with craft and antique shops, museum and Wensleydale Creamery. Great walking and cycling on the doorstep or just to simply relax and enjoy your surroundings!

Beautiful wild flower meadows and lazy summer evenings, sheep bleating and bird song, the only sounds you will hear! Rich Autumnal colours and crisp Winter days await, followed by the many Swaledale lambs gambolling in the Spring sunshine amid the cry of Curlews ​
